Primo Scale: Scale for Grams

Primo Scale is an AI object identifier and visual weight estimator. Point your camera at any object. The AI identifies what it is, then estimates a likely weight range from visual analysis and reference data. Your phone has no weight sensor, so Primo Scale never physically weighs anything. It recognizes the object, then estimates a likely weight range from its size and from reference data. Every number is an informed estimate. When an exact figure matters, reach for a calibrated scale. HOW IT WORKS 1. Primo Scale identifies the object in your photo. 2. It draws on reference data for that kind of object, including the USDA FoodData Central database for food. 3. It estimates a likely range for your specific item from visual size cues. Every result shows a range, not a single certain number. FOUR MODES, ONE APP IDENTIFY & ESTIMATE: AI Gram Scale Estimator Get an estimated weight range in grams, ounces, or pounds. A gram scale estimator for baking ingredients, jewelry, coffee, spices, and small packages. Works as an AI digital scale estimator and a kitchen scale estimator for the moments when you do not have a scale at hand. On iPhone Pro models, LiDAR sensor data helps refine the size estimate. An AI scale that approximates rather than weighs. TAPE MEASURE: AI Ruler and Dimension Estimator Estimate the width, height, and depth of an object from a photo. Switch between metric and imperial units. Works as a ruler app and a tape measure estimator for quick dimension checks. Approximate only. OBJECT COUNTER: Pill, Coin and Object Counter Count coins, pills, nuts, bolts, or similar items in a single photo. A fast pill counter, coin counter, and object counter by camera. Ideal for inventory, pharmacy stock, crafts, and DIY projects. Counting is based on image recognition and can miscount. CALORIE ESTIMATOR: AI Food Scanner Identify meals and get approximate calories plus macros (protein, fat, carbs, fiber), backed by the USDA nutrition database. Works as a food scanner and a food scale estimator for diet awareness. Calorie figures are estimates, not medical or nutritional advice. WHO IT IS FOR Home cooks and bakers estimating ingredients when a kitchen scale is not at hand Jewelry sellers and hobbyists who want a quick gram estimate Home shippers approximating package weight and size Diet and fitness users tracking calories from photos Makers, crafters, and resin artists working with small parts Small businesses counting stock and checking dimensions Students and DIYers who need a quick field estimate WHY PRIMO SCALE An AI object identifier first, a weight scale estimator second. We tell you what the object is, then what that kind of object typically weighs. Every estimate is a range, never a single certain figure. Powered by Google Gemini, enhanced by LiDAR on iPhone Pro models. No calibration card or physical reference object needed. Metric and imperial units supported. Local history, private by default. A NOTE ON ACCURACY Primo Scale is an estimation tool, not a measuring instrument. It is not a physical scale, it has no load cell, and it does not use phone sensors to weigh. Think of it as a digital scale style estimation tool: handy when no scale is around, and honest about being approximate. For anything critical, medical, professional, or commercial, use a certified physical scale. Download Primo Scale to identify objects and estimate their weight, size, count, and calories from a single photo.
