Rise & Grind: Pushup Alarm

Rise & Grind is a push-up alarm challenge. Set 5 to 50 reps, then use the on-device camera counter and skeleton overlay to complete the challenge. Your first one-time push-up alarm is free. Complete it before deciding whether Pro is for you. An abandoned attempt does not use your free alarm. To set another alarm or use repeat alarms, start Rise & Grind Pro. Eligible new subscribers get a 7-day free trial, then U.S. pricing of $9.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Cancel anytime in your iPhone subscription settings. Invite three friends to earn one free year of Pro. Each friend enters your code before arming their first alarm. A first-time download from a distinct Apple Account counts once. Claim your reward with an Apple offer code; the free year does not renew automatically. Hear a short confirmation sound every time a push-up counts. If the sounds stop, adjust your position to help the camera track you. A HOLD TO OVERRIDE safety control appears after two minutes, or earlier after 45 seconds of tracking trouble or no new reps following a partial set. Hold for eight seconds to end the alarm as an abandoned attempt. Add Home Screen widgets for your next alarm, total push-ups, streak, and next milestone. Morning Brief brings your alarm and progress together, while Next Alarm reminds you to set an alarm when none is scheduled. Lock Screen widgets show your next alarm or total push-ups. Privacy: Camera frames are processed on your device and are never saved or transmitted. Alarm settings and session history stay on your phone. Optional referrals send a verified app download record and first-alarm activation to our referral service; we store a hashed identifier, invite code, progress, and reward. Superwall measures purchase, restore, paywall, and limited alarm events using anonymous app and device identifiers. Camera frames and detailed workout history are not sent to Superwall. No contacts or advertising tracking. No account registration is required. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
