MeetBetr

Get it on the calendar. Getting six friends to agree on a time shouldn't take 20 texts. MeetBetr does it in a few taps. Open the app and it already knows: it shows the times when you and your friends are all genuinely free, worked out from everyone's real calendars. See who's free by day, tap a window, pick who's coming, and send. Everyone confirms, it lands on every calendar, and it stays in sync if anything changes. No group-chat chaos. No "what works for you?" times twelve. Just a plan everyone can make. HOW IT WORKS • Open MeetBetr — it shows when you and your friends are free together. • Tap a free time and pick exactly who to invite. Start any time inside it. • Add what you're doing and where, then send. A hold saves the time on your calendar. • Friends reply — checked against their own calendars too — and talk it over in the plan's chat. • Lock it in and it's on everyone's calendar, with the place, so iOS tells you when to leave. BIG WEEKENDS • See which weekends, long weekends or weeks everyone's free, up to a year out. • Put a few places to a vote alongside the dates. • Have MeetBetr find somewhere fair — in the middle, or closer to someone. NEVER MISS A MESSAGE • New messages show first, and you can reply right from the notification. • A reminder two hours before a plan, or the evening before a trip. • Choose exactly which notifications you get. MORE WAYS TO PLAN • Tap a friend for just the times the two of you are free — breakfast, lunch or evenings, weekdays or weekends. • Planning with a few people? A month view marks every day the group can make it. • Plans that repeat, with a nudge to set up the next one. • Dinner polls: offer a few evenings, friends vote from a link, no app needed. • Nearby place ideas from Apple Maps. • Share an event from any app and the plan fills itself in. • Save your crews, and invite everyone in one tap. • Widgets, and a countdown on your lock screen on plan day. FREE FOR EVERYDAY PLANS Dinners, drinks and anything small are free, always. Big plans — a trip of two or more days, 8 or more people, or a vote on where — use a pass: Event Pass or Trip Pass for one plan, or MeetBetr Plus for every big plan in a year. Your first big plan is free, and friends you invite never pay. MeetBetr Plus is a yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the year. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. BUILT FOR FRIEND GROUPS Sign in with just your phone number — no passwords. Your contacts who are on MeetBetr show up with the names you saved for them, and friends who don't have the app yet can reply and chat straight from a link. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Availability sharing is yours to control: set a default for everyone, then make exceptions — always on for family, ask-me-first for the rest. MeetBetr shares only your free gaps — your events never leave your phone. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.
