The result describes the message, not the person. You can also check the tone of your own message before you send it. SIMULATOR Describe a situation and pick a level from 1 to 10. See how differently someone might react, how it could feel and what a healthy version would sound like. Then practise your own reply. Your texts are not stored on our servers and are not used to train AI. Your progress stays on your device. Narcissos does not diagnose and does not replace professional help. It is a learning tool for recognising harmful patterns in interaction.
