About Anchored Chief
Fifteen minutes between quarters and a board? Anchored gets you caught up. Every NAVADMIN, policy change, and world event distilled to the bottom line — read it in two minutes or listen on the drive. And it finds what you can't. The MILPERSMAN article, the special-pay rate, the instruction buried six clicks deep on navy.mil — surfaced in seconds. Jot a note about a PCS or an advancement question and Anchored links the governing reference for you. Your Sailors, on your device. The Brain keeps notes, check-ins, and duty rotations for your division — private, encrypted, never leaves your phone.
