BizEstimates

BizEstimates is the field crew app for employees of companies that run on BizEstimates. Designed for the job site, not the office. REQUIRES AN INVITATION FROM YOUR EMPLOYER Your company creates your crew account and sends you an invitation, and you sign in with it. You cannot create an account in this app, and there is nothing to purchase here. Access is provided by the company you work for, at no cost to you. CLOCK IN & OUT Track your hours with GPS-verified clock in/out. See exactly how long you've been on shift in real time. YOUR SCHEDULE View all your upcoming jobs in one place — client name, address, date, and time. See your stops mapped in route order so you always know where to head next. JOB DETAILS Get full job info right on your phone. Navigate directly to the job site, call or message the client, upload job site photos, share your ETA, and mark arrival or completion. DUMPSTER TRACKING Mark dumpsters dropped, picked up, relocated, or swapped — GPS records the exact spot automatically. See every can on a live fleet map with days on site. Snap a photo of the dump slip and the app reads the tonnage and ticket number for you. INVOICING & PAYMENTS Create invoices right from the job. Rental days, weight overages, debris, and fees fill in automatically from what happened in the field. Send the client a payment link by text or email and get paid before you leave the site. TIME OFF Request PTO, sick leave, or unpaid time off. Track your balances and see approval status instantly. TIME LOGS Review your full work history — every clock in, clock out, and hours worked. WHO THIS IS FOR Laborers and field reps employed by a company that uses BizEstimates. Owners, administrators and estimators run their business at bizestimates.com; those accounts do not sign in to this app.
