Want a heads-up? Get a notification when someone finishes a task, grouped so a whole morning routine arrives as one. Choose all tasks, medication only, or off. REMINDERS THAT REPEAT UNTIL IT'S DONE Turn on Remind until done for any task and Collie repeats the reminder at the interval you pick, from 5 minutes to an hour, until someone marks it done (up to six reminders). It's on by default for medication, because one missed dose of phenobarbital can mean a trip to the vet. Medication reminders always arrive on their own, never grouped with meals or walks. SCHEDULES THAT FIT REAL PET LIFE Twice-daily insulin at 7am and 7pm. Flea meds every 28 days. A bath every other Sunday. Set it once, with up to six times a day and optional start and stop dates, so a course of antibiotics ends itself. Just added a pet? Start from a ready-made routine and adjust the times. Same flea treatment for both cats? One medication task covers several pets, and one tap records the dose for all of them. TODAY AT A GLANCE Due now, overdue, up next, later today, done. Save your own tags, like "Ate grass," and filter the timeline by pet or tag. Good days count too. Collie only logs what you tell it: no diagnosis, just a record for you and your vet. VACCINES, VET VISITS AND WEIGHT Every vaccine, flea and worm treatment, vet visit, lab result and prescription, kept pet by pet in the Journal's Records tab. Add the next due date and Collie reminds the household when it's due. Log a weigh-in in seconds and see every reading on a simple line, with who logged it. Everything you need to show your vet, in one place. BRING THE WHOLE HOUSEHOLD Invite your partner, roommate, or family with a link or a QR code. Everyone shares the same pets, schedules, and live history, and anyone in the home can add and edit pets and tasks. Have more than one admin, hand the home over, or leave it when you need to. GOING AWAY? Pause your notifications in Settings. Medication reminders and sitter updates still come through. Then invite a sitter by email for the days you're gone. They get a briefing with each pet's routine, feeding, medication instructions, your emergency vet, and your notes. Access covers only the pets you share, runs for whole days in your home's time zone, and you can end it anytime. VISIT UPDATES AND REPORTS Your sitter sends one update with notes, photos, and visit times, and the family gets it right away. Every visit is saved as a clean report: what was done, when, with photos. FOR SITTERS If you're the one doing the visits: open Collie and it's all there.
