Regelzeit is your personal cycle companion, made in Germany. All your data stays on your iPhone: no account, no cloud, no tracking, no ads, no subscription. TODAY AT A GLANCE The cycle wheel shows your cycle day and phase: menstruation, follicular, ovulation or luteal. Your next period appears as an honest time window based on your own cycles, not as a falsely precise date. When your period starts, one tap is all it takes. LOG YOUR DAY IN SECONDS Bleeding, mood, energy, symptoms, pain, sleep and a note. If you like, also basal body temperature, cervical mucus, LH tests, skin and sexual activity. CALENDAR The month view shows bleeding days, your fertile window, phases and the forecast for the coming days. Tap any day to see your entries or add them later. OVULATION FROM YOUR OWN DATA If you log basal body temperature or LH tests, Regelzeit detects ovulation from your readings instead of the calendar alone, with a temperature chart. The fertile window and ovulation remain estimates: Regelzeit is not a contraceptive and does not replace medical support when you are trying to conceive. PMS RADAR AND PLANNER After two cycles, the PMS radar spots symptoms that keep coming back and flags them one to five days ahead. The planner suggests time windows for workouts, presentations or doctor visits that suit your phase, optionally alongside your calendar events (read only, on your device). RECIPES, TIPS AND KNOWLEDGE 201 recipes, each with a photo and an explanation of why it suits the phase. Plus 104 tips on exercise, nutrition, everyday life, skincare and sleep, 205 recommendations for every phase and background on hormones and phases. “When to see a doctor?” lists eight warning signs. ASK REGELZEIT Ask questions like “When is my next period due?” or “What helps with cramps?” The answers are worked out on your iPhone from the app’s knowledge and your own data, with no internet connection. WIDGETS AND SIRI Cycle day, phase, countdown and daily tip on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. On the Lock Screen, the values are marked as sensitive. Ask Siri “What phase am I in with Regelzeit?” or use the shortcuts. PARTNER VIEW WITH LOVE NOTES A separate view for your partner: phase, cycle day, period window and ideas, no entries, no readings. Getting back takes Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode. Love notes written there show up on your Today screen in the right phase. Everything stays on this device.
