About HaiLa for Restaurants Light
HaiLa LIGHT is the essential reservation app for restaurants — just the booking workflow, nothing more. WHO IT'S FOR Restaurants that want to leave the paper book behind without committing to a full management suite. If you take 10 to 100 reservations a day and want them organized in one place, this is for you. WHAT IT DOES • Take and view reservations • See today, tomorrow, and the week ahead at a glance • Confirm, cancel, mark seated • Multilingual — English, Romanian, Russian WHAT IT DELIBERATELY DOES NOT DO • No floor maps • No POS integration • No analytics dashboards • No staff management • No marketing tools If you want all of that, look at the full HaiLa Admin app. If you just want a clean reservation book on your phone, you're home. Free to start. No hardware required. Questions? Write us at [email protected]
What’s new
Version 1.1.68 · Updated October 29, 2026
- The order screen has everything the old one had again, plus VIP in the course sheet. - The quantity sheet has a comma key: type 0.2 or 1.250; weighed dishes are given in kg or g, with the unit written in the app's language. - Weight is written the same way everywhere: 0.2 kg, 1.25 kg, 1 kg. - A send from the bar alone says "2 drinks", not "2 courses". - Menu search says when nothing matches, and X clears it without leaving the group. - The back arrow returns to exactly where you were in the list. - The table card shows the unsent part and the bill total when it fits; "1 course", "2 courses" everywhere. - No text on table or order cards is under 13 pt anymore; the number pad has a fine outline on every key. - Colleagues' PINs are no longer read by the phone.
