About Pulsify
Pulsify is a privacy-first, fully offline music player for iPhone and iPad. Bring your own audio files - purchased downloads, ripped CDs, podcasts, field recordings, DJ sets - and play them in a fast, modern library that lives entirely on your device. No streaming subscription. No account. No cloud upload. No telemetry. Your music is yours. KEY FEATURES - Plays local MP3, FLAC, WAV, AAC, OGG and M4A files - Browse your library by Songs, Albums, Artists and Playlists - Smart "Listen Now" tab surfaces what you recently added - Full Now-Playing screen with play / pause / seek / skip / shuffle - Gapless background playback continues when the device is locked - Lock-screen and Control Center media controls - "Hey Siri, play (song) in Pulsify" voice control - Edit track tags, fix typos, set custom album / artist / playlist art from your photos - Optional automatic metadata and cover-art lookup powered by the open MusicBrainz and Cover Art Archive databases - fully offline-tolerant - Beautiful, expressive UI with light, dark and system themes plus a full palette of accent colors - Built-in equalizer - Sleep timer - Library reset and per-track action sheet for power users PRIVACY BY DESIGN Pulsify never asks you to sign in. There is no account system at all. Your library, listening history, edits and settings live in a local SQLite database on your device - they are never sent to any server. The only optional outbound network traffic is anonymous metadata look-ups to the public MusicBrainz and Cover Art Archive APIs, and only when an imported file is missing tags or artwork. The app remains fully functional offline; enrichment is simply skipped. WHO IT'S FOR - Anyone with a personal music collection they want to keep on-device - People who already own their music and don't want to re-rent it - Listeners who care about privacy and metadata accuracy - Power users who want clean tag editing without a heavy desktop tool Import a folder, choose a theme, and start listening.
