Stray: Life Cartography

A totally free, intentionally un-gamified fog-of-war exploration app! Walk around, reveal the map, see where you always go, and find the places you've never been. Darkness covers everywhere you haven't explored, and as you move cells light up and stay revealed. Inspired by my love of urban exploration and by the french postmodernist idea of the dérive - an unplanned journey guided by curiosity instead of directions! - 50m grid cells that reveal as you walk - Heat map shows your most-visited spots - Photo mode shows where you've taken pictures - Timeline replays your exploration day by day - Syncs across devices with iCloud - No ads, no tracking, no accounts Built for people who like to know where they've been, but might not care where they're going~
