JustWhen: calm task tracker

Most task apps want to be your boss. JustWhen just wants to help. Add the things you do regularly — water the plants, descale your coffee machine, call a parent — and JustWhen keeps track of when you last did them. It learns your rhythm, so it knows when you're due, when you're running late, and when you can relax. No streaks to maintain. No reminders firing every hour. No guilt. JustWhen. What you see when you open it: Take a daily look and see everything, sorted by what actually needs your attention. Items that are overdue float to the top. Things that are fine stay quietly in the background. One glance is all it takes. Two ways to track: • Pattern mode learns from your history and predicts when you'll next need to act • Fixed interval lets you set your own schedule Swipe to log. Tap to explore. Mark something done with a swipe. Tap any item to see its full history — a clean activity grid and a log of every time you've done it. Gentle digests, not constant pings. If you want a nudge, JustWhen can send a calm weekly or twice-weekly summary. One notification. The whole picture. JustWhen keeps your data on your device. No account needed. No tracking. Just you and your tasks. FEATURES • Track anything in one calm place • Learns your rhythm with Pattern mode • Use Fixed Interval mode for set schedules • See what needs attention, what’s coming up, and what can wait • Mark tasks done in a swipe • View history at a glance • Get gentle digests instead of constant nagging • Optional per-task reminders Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://justwhen.app/privacy.html
