About Track to Screen

Follow the race. Share the action. Bring your event to more people. Track to Screen connects organizers, athletes and fans through live tracking, live streaming and event coverage. Manage race operations, share the moments that matter and keep sponsors visible, with automated coverage that gives your team more time to focus on the event. RUN YOUR EVENT WITH A CLEAR OVERVIEW Create events, manage routes and follow participants from the Event Dashboard and Control Room. View event status, timing and live rankings, with off-route and waypoint alerts where available. AUTOMATED LIVE COVERAGE WITH AI STUDIO AI Studio automates live production, combining available live feeds, broadcast graphics, recordings and replays. Put your event coverage on autopilot or let your media team monitor the production as the action unfolds. Production features depend on your event package and available sources. LIVE MOMENTS AND AUTOMATED SOCIAL COVERAGE Share event photos and videos in Live Moments. Set your posting frequency and let AutoShare automatically select Moments based on audience likes or AI ratings, then publish them to your connected accounts on supported social platforms. Keep your channels active without managing every post during the event. AutoShare is included with Media & Sponsor and higher event packages. SPONSOR VISIBILITY Display sponsor logos within the event experience, keeping partners visible to the audience following the action. LIVE TRACKING FOR ATHLETES Share your location with the event and check your tracking status in the app. Built-in SOS tools help you contact the event team when needed. Live tracking uses location access and may continue in the background when enabled. You can stop tracking from the app. FOLLOW THE EVENT FROM ANYWHERE Follow friends, family and favorites on the LiveMap. View participant progress, public event dashboards and live rankings, and experience the event through live streams, photos and videos. BUILT FOR LAND AND WATER For local races, endurance events, road and trail running, cycling, triathlon, OCR, sailing and regattas. The maritime LiveMap brings boat positions, course marks and race information into one view. EVENT LICENSES The app is free for athletes and spectators. Organizers can purchase one-time event licenses in the app. Tracking licenses cover 24 hours each; Media & Sponsor and AI Studio licenses cover 48 hours each. Longer events can use multiple licenses of the same package. Previously purchased licenses retain their original duration. Feature access depends on the selected package.
