ClaroDone: Cleaning Tracker

You already know what happened. The client says the cleaner never showed up. You know she did. But you can't prove it. So you lose the contract. ClaroDone exists for one reason: to make that scenario impossible. Every job, every cleaner, every location — documented with GPS coordinates, timestamps, and multi-photo galleries. Proof that holds up whether the client asks or the client accuses. What you get: Location verified check-in and check-out for every cleaner, every location. You'll know exactly when your team arrived and exactly when they left — and so will your clients. Photo documentation that leaves no doubt. Cleaners can snap multiple photos per task. Expandable before and after photo galleries mean clients see the work, not just your word for it. Professional client reports that write themselves. Sent automatically after every job. No more "was this room actually cleaned?" texts. A bilingual cleaning tracker that works for your whole crew. English and Spanish, same app. Your Spanish-speaking cleaners get the same experience as your English-speaking ones. Offline mode that doesn't quit. Cleaners document jobs in basements and dead zones. Data syncs when they're back in range. Real-time job tracking across your entire cleaning business. See who checked in, who finished, who's still on site — from one dashboard. What this means for your cleaning business: You stop losing contracts because you couldn't prove your people showed up. You stop arguing over whether the room was actually cleaned. You start winning contracts because you can show prospective clients exactly what "done right" looks like — with job proof, before and after photos, and client reports. Built for commercial cleaning companies with 3 to 50 cleaners. Not enterprise. Not solo. The companies in between who do good work and need proof to match. Try ClaroDone free for 30 days.
