Arrively - Field Service App

Arrively is the scheduling and payment app built for contractors who work in the field. Plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, cleaners, and other home service professionals use Arrively to manage their day, get booked by customers, and collect payments — all from their phone. YOUR SCHEDULE, AT A GLANCE See every job for the day on one screen. Swipe through dates, tap a job for full details, and update statuses as you work: en route, arrived, in progress, completed. Your schedule stays current so you always know what's next. BOOKING LINKS THAT WORK FOR YOU Stop texting time slots back and forth. Create a booking link for any service, share it with a customer, and let them pick a time that works. Links are personalized to your services, availability, and service area. Customers book on the web — no app download needed on their end. DIRECT BOOKING Need to book a customer yourself? Pick the service, enter their info, choose a date and time slot, and confirm. You can send an SMS confirmation automatically. TAP TO PAY Collect contactless payments right on your iPhone — no card reader required. Customers tap their card or phone to pay. On iPad, enter card details manually. Powered by Stripe for secure, reliable processing. CALENDAR SYNC Connect your personal calendar and Arrively automatically blocks off that time so customers can't double-book you. Only start and end times are synced — event names and details never leave your device. SMART NOTIFICATIONS Get notified instantly when customers book, cancel, or reschedule. Booking request alerts let you confirm or decline when you have booking confirmation enabled. Never miss a new appointment. CANCELLATION GAP-FILL When a job cancels, Arrively can suggest replacement bookings or automatically fill the gap from your waitlist. Choose between manual suggestions, automatic filling, or turn it off entirely. SET YOUR TERMS Define your service area with a base location and radius. Set working hours for each day of the week. Toggle services on or off. Require booking confirmations or let customers book instantly. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Large touch targets designed for work gloves. Fast loading over spotty cell connections. Offline-aware so you never lose your place. WIDGETS Add schedule widgets to your home screen and lock screen for a quick view of upcoming jobs without opening the app. TEAM MANAGEMENT Business owners with multiple technicians can view and manage each team member's schedule from the app. GET STARTED IN MINUTES Sign up, name your business, and you get a personal booking page at arrive.ly.
