MOVE-IT

MOVE IT brings players and sports academies together in one simple app. Find an academy, book a court, check in with one scan, and follow your training, whether you play padel, tennis or football or train at a gym. FOR PLAYERS • Find padel, tennis and football academies near you and see their courts and open sessions. You can browse without an account. • Check in with one scan. Show your personal QR pass at the gate. It turns your screen to full brightness and still opens when you have no signal. • Your academy in your pocket. See your plan, sessions left, expiry date and next training at a glance. • Your week at a glance. See your training and the academy's open sessions, then book or cancel in a tap. • Every visit and payment. Your check-in history and payments, always up to date. • Track your progress with assessments from your coach. • One account for all your academies. Connect a new academy with your player code. • Read your academy's safety policies and report a concern privately. FOR ACADEMY OWNERS AND MANAGERS • A live dashboard with today's bookings, check-ins, active athletes and this month's revenue, expenses and net. • Athletes: search by name, phone or code, filter by plan and category, and add new athletes on the spot. • Subscriptions: sell plans, renew, and see who is active or expiring. • Announcements: tell your players about news, tournaments and events with push notifications. • Money, tracked: payments with receipt numbers, expenses and revenue charts. • A sessions schedule with courts, coaches and rosters for every day. • Team roles, so every staff member sees only what they need. FOR COACHES AND FRONT DESK • Gate scanner: check players in with the camera in under a second, or search by name when there is no QR. • Today's sessions and attendance at a glance. Anyone can download MOVE IT and create a free player account with Apple, Google or email. Any academy or club can join by requesting an account at move-it.mbeg.org. Questions? [email protected]
