Village Social

Village helps you meet people who actually get you — matched by your real tastes, not just a list of surface-level interests. Tell Village what you love: movies, music, hobbies, the way you spend your time; and we build a taste profile that powers everything. The more you share, the better your matches get. MATCH BY WHAT YOU ACTUALLY LIKE See people ranked by how much your tastes line up, with a clear "Why You Matched" breakdown so you know what you have in common before you say a word. FIND YOUR GROUPS Get placed into groups of people you genuinely align with, browse public communities, or start your own private group. Chat together, swap friend requests, and make plans. CHAT IN REAL TIME One-on-one and group messaging that's fast and live. Send a friend request, start a conversation, and keep the momentum going. PLAN REAL MEETUPS Turn a group chat into an actual hangout. Propose a few options, let everyone vote, and lock in the plan — then keep track of it on your shared calendar with RSVPs. BUILD YOUR TASTE PROFILE Swipe through movies and activities, answer quick prompts, and fill out fun surveys. It only takes a few minutes, and every answer makes your matches sharper. PLAY ALONG Break the ice with daily questions and quick mini-games like Hot Takes, Would You Rather, and more. Earn badges and build streaks as you go. CONNECT YOUR YOUTUBE Link your Google account to fold your YouTube tastes into your profile for even better matches. Totally optional — you're always in control of what you share, and you can unlink anytime. Village is built for real connection: people who share your taste, groups that actually fit, and plans that turn into real-life meetups. Have feedback or need help? Email us at [email protected].
