Vocly: Learn Through Memories

Most language apps make you memorise someone else's sentences. "The boy eats an apple." You forget it, because it never happened to you. Vocly starts somewhere better: your own memories. Write or speak something from your life — a summer at your grandparents' lake, your first morning in a new city, the neighbours who taught you to say it properly. Vocly translates it, pulls out the words and phrases worth keeping, and turns them into a course built entirely from your own words. Because you don't forget your own memories. The memory does the remembering for you. WHAT YOU GET - Capture memories by writing or speaking - See your memory in both languages, sentence by sentence - Tap any word to hear it and learn what it means - Practise with spaced repetition that knows what you're forgetting - Talk to Lina, an AI conversation partner who corrects you gently — and her corrections become practice cards - Follow a real CEFR A1 course where every example sentence comes from your life - Add your own photo to a memory, or have one illustrated for you - Optional daily reminders when your memories are due for review Six languages: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean.
