Portal War Room

Portal War Room is a scouting tool built specifically for college basketball programs navigating the transfer portal. If your staff is still tracking prospects in spreadsheets or scattered notes, this replaces all of that. SCOUTING BOARD Every player on your board in one view. Filter by position, priority, and targeted status. Sort by roster fit score. Star your top targets and they stay pinned in the Targets tab every time you open the app. AI-POWERED SCOUTING NOTES Tap any player and get a full scouting report in seconds. Strengths, weaknesses, a written summary — all pulled from real stats. It saves your staff hours of manual note-taking. ROSTER FIT SCORING Set up your team's roster profile once. Every player in the portal gets automatically scored based on how well they fit your system. No more guessing who actually makes sense for your team. STATS + HEADSHOTS Player stats and headshots load automatically so your board stays current. Nobody on your staff has to update it manually. STAFF COLLABORATION Share players straight to your staff group chat. Everyone sees the same board, same notes, same priorities. Keeps your whole coaching staff aligned during a recruiting window. CONTACT MANAGEMENT Log calls, emails, and agent info directly in the app. Keeps your outreach in one place instead of scattered across texts and phone notes. Built by a coach who got tired of the existing options. Designed for programs that take the portal seriously.
