About RCLogger
RCLogger is the ultimate app for RC car enthusiasts who want to improve their model's performance with method and precision. TRACK Create a card for your model and your transponder, then organize every day at the track with detailed event and session cards. Quickly log setup changes by keyboard or voice, take photos of your setup sheet or import an editable PDF and add notes directly on it. Record air/track temperature, grip level, tire wear and tire info, and lap times (entered by hand or imported via CSV from third-party timing systems), and easily exclude invalid laps from any session. You can also describe how the car behaves in fast and slow corners, flagging the symptom you want to fix. ANALYZE Follow your performance trend with charts of the best and average lap times of every session, so you always have a clear view of how your changes are working out. Export the results of each event to share them or review them at your own pace. IMPROVE The Setup Coach analyzes the handling symptoms you reported and suggests, in order of priority, the setup changes to make, and explains why. The Coach Report instantly gives you a complete summary of the session or of the whole day at the track. What's new in this version: - Coach Report: reasons and fixes: every insight shows its possible reasons and what to try. It combines front/rear wear, cornering behavior and your tire history. - Front/Rear tires: brand, compound and wear in a single field, or split between front and rear. - Search setups online: from the Garage, find your car's setup PDF on PetitRC and import it. - Color-coded tire wear: green, orange or red depending on how much you've run, in the sessions list too. - More tire details: an Advanced section (truing, shore, baffle diameter…) plus brand and compound suggestions. - Automatic propagation: changes to tires and conditions carry over to later sessions on their own. - Awesomatix Shocks: a calculator for A800R / FXR and now for A800 / FX too, with Damp, RHS and the advanced AT21, C04M and Damper 2.1 settings. - Improved PDF import: real-time preview while you enter the values. - Events hint: a short guided animation the first time you use the events list. - Front/rear stiffness Coach: compares springs, anti-roll bars and shock oil between front and rear against how the car behaves. For example it says "Understeer… with front springs stiffer than the rears" and suggests what to try. - Stiffness / Viscosity in setup changes: an optional 1 to 5 scale, with Viscosity for the oil. It's remembered for each car and appears as soon as you pick springs, a bar or oil. - "Setup changes" in the event Coach Report: the tile counts the changes made during the day and replaces "Consistency". - Setup sheet preview: shows the first page of the PDF, with an "Open the setup sheet" button. - Sections remembered per session: a section you open or close stays that way every time you come back to that session. The yellow "Analyze" badge now updates right after every save. - Clearer event sections: when collapsed, Performance and Sessions show what they hold, for example "Show all N sessions". - Compact Coach Report: with the Explanations switch you choose between the full Coach Report and a short one, without reasons and things to try. It applies to events and sessions, and your choice is remembered.
