Recursio: English & Spanish

About Recursio: English & Spanish

Recursio helps English and Spanish learners stop forgetting the words, phrases, and grammar they already study. Build your own vocabulary, practice what matters to you, and let Recursio bring weak spots back into review. Instead of following a fixed course path, you choose what to learn: useful words, everyday phrases, grammar topics, sentence practice, speaking practice, and focused Coach sessions. NEW: Spanish Choose Spanish as your learning language: a 3,400-word dictionary with simple Spanish definitions, 50 grammar topics with 400 exercises, 300 everyday phrases, word training, and a Coach that talks to you in Spanish, including real-life scenes like ordering at a restaurant or asking for directions. The app interface is available in English and Spanish. Recursio is designed for learners who can already work in English or Spanish at a basic level. Definitions, examples, grammar explanations, and practice prompts are shown in the language you learn, so you stay inside it instead of translating all the time. Main features: • Personal vocabulary Add words and phrases you want to remember, including ones outside the built-in dictionary. • Phrases Save phrasal verbs, collocations, idioms, and conversational chunks, and practice them alongside your words. • Vocabulary Spaces Organize words and phrases by topic, goal, or context. Pro users can create multiple private spaces, such as Work, Travel, Exams, Movies, or My mistakes. • Word & Phrase Practice Review active items through dictation, sentence building, speaking transcript practice, writing scaffold, and mixed review. • Premium Cloud Voices Pro users can hear premium cloud-generated voices for Dictation and Speaking Practice. • Grammar topics Study structured grammar topics with short explanations, examples, common mistakes, and built-in practice. • AI Grammar Practice one grammar topic more deeply with fresh guided exercises and short explanations. • Sentence Check Write sentences with target words or phrases and get feedback on clarity, grammar, naturalness, and task fit. • AI Speaking Practice Read aloud, compare what the app recognized with the target sentence, and practice focused phrase drills based on your result. • Coach Practice thematic chats and focused language-learning drills. Coach stays focused on the language you learn and can help route weak grammar and vocabulary back into review. • Progress insights Pro users can see weak items, practice rhythm, recall load, and recommended next steps. • Adaptive recall Recursio tracks confidence, mistakes, and resurfacing signals so important weak spots return at the right time. Free plan includes core vocabulary tools for words and phrases, one vocabulary space, built-in practice, basic dictation voice, and grammar topic practice. SMART unlocks premium AI practice, Coach access, expanded capacity, and deeper guided practice for vocabulary, grammar, and writing. PRO unlocks Premium Cloud Voices, AI Speaking Practice, Progress insights, Vocabulary Spaces, higher daily AI limits, and the full premium learning layer. Recursio is not a flashcard deck, not a fixed beginner course, and not a generic chatbot. It is a focused language practice system for remembering more, writing better, and returning to the words, phrases, and grammar that still need work.
