APOS - Focus & Grit

APOS is not a motivation app. It's a discipline app. Motivation fades. Discipline is built one decision at a time, every single day. — HOW IT WORKS — Every morning, you set one single mission for the day. Not five. Not a list. One mission you truly commit to. During the day, you stay grounded in your deep reason — the one you defined at onboarding. When laziness kicks in, APOS reminds you why you started. Every evening, you do an honest review. Did you keep your word or not? No cheating, no excuses. Just the truth. Then you prepare tomorrow's mission. — YOUR PRINCIPLES — Choose or create your own personal principles. Short sentences that anchor you mentally. They appear as a widget on your home screen to remind you who you want to become — even when you don't open the app. WHY APOS ? Most productivity apps give you more to do. APOS gives you less but better. One commitment per day, kept or broken, is all it takes to build real consistency over time. APOS is built for people who are tired of starting over every Monday. — TERMS & PRIVACY — Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
