About Pagely Goal
Pagely is a reading journal for the books you actually finish. Add a book, move through it page by page. Pagely keeps how much you read, which days you read, and how long you spent in each book. Your notes and summaries live on the book's own page and follow you to a new phone with your account. DISCOVER Search by title, author or ISBN, or scan a barcode. Without searching at all, see the books people are reading and racing over this week. Each book shows its details — author, publisher, ISBN, original language, year — the rating readers gave it, and how many people are reading it right now. Save anything you like to your want-to-read list, rate it, or challenge a friend over it. YOUR LIBRARY Everything you're reading and everything you've finished, in one place. Rate books, add notes and summaries with no character limit. Hide the ones you'd rather not show, and select several at once to manage them together. STATISTICS A breakdown by book, a 30-day curve, and a page of its own for every book — down to which days you read. Export a monthly or yearly PDF report. WITH FRIENDS Share your shelf, challenge a friend, and see who reads more. Appear on the leaderboard with your current reading streak. READER Open your own PDF and EPUB files in the app, and listen to them read aloud if you prefer. SEASONS Complete goals across eight-week seasons, unlock reward tiers, and grow your mascot from a sapling into a tree. Reading is entirely free. Nothing is charged when you miss a goal and no feature is taken away. The Season Pass is optional, paid once, and never auto-renews.

With this version, everything from your friends reaches you as a notification. • Notifications — Stay in the loop even when the app is closed: new messages, friend requests and acceptances, race invites, your opponent's progress and race results, and likes on your quotes. Notifications play your device's default notification sound. • In-app alerts — While you're using the app, new messages, friend requests and race updates appear at the top of the screen with just a gentle vibration. Tap one to jump straight to that chat or screen. • Messages — Each new message from the same person updates the alert. You won't be notified about the chat you have open, and opening a chat clears its notifications. • Friend requests and acceptances show up instantly, with no need to restart the app. On book pages: • New "I've Read This Book" button: add a book to your library without having to rate it. • "Set Goal" is now on every book page, including books opened from the Activity feed, Shared Books or a friend's library. Also new: • Tap a reader in the rankings to message them or add them as a friend. • Tapping a popular book opens its page directly. • Pick a category when adding a book manually. • Book share links are now short and show a preview with covers in messaging apps. Friends without Pagely can view the list in their browser. • The Shared Books screen now has a Discover button next to each book that opens its page. • You can now delete your own quotes from the book page, Discover and the Activity feed. • The classic home screen style has been removed. Pagely now always opens with the new home screen. Fixes: • Fixed the Activity feed appearing empty for some accounts. It now also shows your friends' earlier activity. • Fixed text overflowing or getting cut off in yearly and monthly reading reports, in every language. • Fixed book descriptions sometimes showing in English when one in your language was available. • "Active Goals" on your profile now counts only the books you're currently reading. • Fixes for removing friends and the friends list. • The notification setting in Profile now turns off all notifications. • Fixed account settings being lost after reinstalling the app.
