Shelf of Mind keeps the books you chose to live with: what you read, what waits, who borrowed it and where every copy lives. ADD BOOKS IN SECONDS • Scan the ISBN barcode with your camera, or type it in. • Search by title or author. Shelf of Mind finds the cover and details for you. • Add any book by hand when it is not online. • Scan many barcodes in a row, add a whole shelf from one photo, or find a book by its cover. • Batch scanning tells you what happened with every barcode: added, already on the list, already in your library, not found, or not a book barcode. The camera reads barcodes held close. KNOW YOUR READING • Mark each book as To Read, Reading or Read. • See your library at a glance: number of books, authors, and how your reading is split. • See your top authors and open all their books with one tap. • The antilibrary: see how many books still wait, and since when. • Home screen widgets, Siri and Spotlight keep your library at hand. • The Journal, in Discover: essays on reading, owning and keeping, in your language. KNOW WHERE EVERY COPY IS • Place each book in a room, a bookcase and a shelf. • Open Places to see your books the way they stand at home: room by room, shelf by shelf. • Place many books at once. KEEP TRACK OF SPECIAL COPIES • Mark books you received as a gift, and from whom. • Mark books you lent, and to whom, so they come back. • Mark copies signed by the author. • Add a return date to a lent book. A quiet reminder comes on that day. • Keep a wish list. "Do I own this?" checks a barcode in the bookshop. • Why it stays: one line per book on why you keep it. ORGANISE YOUR WAY • Sort books into main category, form and genre, like a bookshop. • Change, add or remove any category, room or shelf. • Filter by reading status, language, category, gift, lent or signed. • Update many books at once with bulk actions. Select all selects the filtered list, with an "X of Y selected" count. SHARE IF YOU WANT • Choose who sees your library: Only me (the default), Approved followers or Everyone. Approved followers ask to follow you, and you approve each one. • Visitors see your books, read-only. Lending names, return dates, "gift from", "borrowed from", inscriptions and notes stay private to you. • Each library has its own web page at shelfofmind.com/u/yourname. Reading status is not shown there. • Find readers by name or username and follow their libraries. • Report or block any library. • One Share button on the home card. Share story images: your library card, your antilibrary cover, What your shelves say and your year in books. Shared images are always light; the app itself follows dark mode. • See what the readers you follow add. Borrow requests stay off until you turn them on, and only readers who follow you back can send them. SIMPLE AND PRIVATE • Sign in with Apple or with email. • Available in English, Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Turkish. • No ads and no tracking. • Delete your account and all your data at any time in the app. SHELF OF MIND PRO The free plan holds 150 books. Pro removes the limit: monthly, yearly or one purchase for life. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
