About Curb: Cut Down Nicotine

Most quit apps count the days since you stopped, and send you back to zero the first time you slip. Curb does the opposite. Tell it what you use today, and it gives you a daily allowance that steps down a little every week until you reach the number you chose. That number can be zero. It doesn't have to be. What You Get • A weekly plan built from your real numbers. Week one only measures. From then on, every Monday steps the allowance down. • Count and strength. Nicotine pouches and vapes have two dials: how many, and how strong. Curb plans both, so switching to a lower strength can let the count go up while the nicotine goes down. • The cost in plain numbers. Four taps in, you see what the habit takes in a day, a month and a year, and how much nicotine comes with it. • A bad day doesn't undo the work. Days within plan only ever go up. A day over is counted, and nothing is taken away. • Log without opening the app, from the home screen widget or with Siri: "Log pouches in Curb." • History by day, week and month, personal records, and share cards for the milestones you want to show. Works On Anything You Can Count Nicotine pouches, vaping, cigarettes, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, screen time, spending, or a habit of your own. One plan per habit, as many habits as you like. Free And Pro Logging, today's allowance, history and savings are free, always. Curb Pro adds the weekly schedule that walks the allowance down. 14-day free trial, then a yearly or monthly subscription, or a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed in your store account. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://curbtaper.app/privacy/ Privacy What you log stays on your phone. No ads, no tracking, no account to create. Export it as a file whenever you want. How It Works Built on self-monitoring, graded reduction and if-then planning. Curb measures; it doesn't lecture. It is not a medical treatment, and if you want help beyond the app, it links to free quit services in the guide for each habit.
