Grass Go runs the day-to-day of a lawn care or landscaping business from your phone: the recurring mowing schedule, the day's route, estimates, invoices, card payments and your client list. It is built for solo operators and small crews, by an operator who has run his own lawn care business for more than six years. SCHEDULE • See every recurring service on one timeline: weekly, every two weeks, or any number of days. • Mark a visit complete with one tap and the next one is scheduled for you. • Skip or move a visit, or add a one-off job, without rebuilding the schedule. • Log visits with photos. • Bill straight from completed work. ROUTES • Switch the schedule to Route mode to plan the day's stops. • Set start and end points, reorder stops by hand, or let Grass Go order them for the shortest drive. • Run mode: navigate to each stop and mark the work done as you go. • See the route on a map with numbered stops. • Save routes, set today's active route, and send a route to a crew member as a link. ESTIMATES • Build estimates with line items and photos, or describe the job and let the AI assistant draft one. You review everything before it goes out. • Send by text, email or any app. Clients accept or decline online, and you can see when they opened it. • Turn approved work into an invoice or a recurring service plan. INVOICES AND PAYMENTS • Review & Bill lists the completed visits that haven't been invoiced yet. • Send invoices by text, email or share. Emailed invoices go out under your business name, and replies come to your business email. • Save a client's card on file and charge it after the work is done. • Take online card payments through Stripe once you connect your account. • Payments hub: your Stripe balance, next payout, and card payments and payouts to your bank in one history. • Mark cash, check, Venmo or Zelle payments as paid at no charge. CLIENTS AND PROPERTIES • Clients, properties, service plans and visit history in one place. • No required fields, so you can add details as you go. • Pull names and numbers from your phone's contacts if you want to. • See every property on a map, search and filter, and navigate to the next job. AI ASSISTANT • Drafts are suggestions; nothing is saved until you approve it. • Import a client list from a spreadsheet (CSV), a PDF, a photo or a screenshot, and the assistant drafts the clients, properties and service plans for you to check. • Dictate with voice input instead of typing. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS • Business phone line: a dedicated number for calls and texts, with call recording and an AI receptionist that answers when you can't, takes the caller's name, address and what they need, and can transfer the call to you.
