About CaraTrip

New - Guided data review with a full local backup and manual review of possible duplicate trips, vehicles, places and supported child records. - Detailed local diagnostic report as anonymized text and JSON files. - Inventory of trips, vehicles, places and countries with their assignments. - Manually remove old iCloud family sharing after reading the explanation and explicitly confirming. - Open complete lists of tasks, deadlines and other home screen sections with All. Changes - Trip sharing uses Private Cloud. Personal trip data and current Private Cloud shares are preserved when removing old sharing remnants. - Data review preserves links and keeps country visits from different trips separate. - Trip and vehicle cards, activities, ratings and photos open their associated details. - iCloud processes large datasets and media in smaller steps. - Expanded help, FAQ and guidance in German, English, French and Russian. Fixes - Improved iCloud identities and deletion intents after restarts, interrupted imports and restores. - Local cleanup backs up and rechecks the data before saving. - Already deleted iCloud zones no longer block manual sharing cleanup. Further interruptions show a support code; the diagnostic report includes the step and error category. - Home screen tasks open the appropriate editor; tasks with identical names retain their trip or vehicle association. - Backup imports preserve existing data on save failures. Private Cloud retains conflict status and the comparison baseline after interruptions. - Improved file exports, GPX error handling, accommodation input and large text support.
