Resurface: Focus Wheel

The Focus Wheel process, inspired by Ask and It Is Given. Coached guidance or fly solo. Twelve gentle phrases toward relief, in your pocket. You know what you don't want — which means you know what you do want. The gap between those two places is emotional, and it's bridgeable. That's what Focus Wheel does. Focus Wheel is our take on Process #17 in Abraham-Hicks' Ask and It Is Given, by Esther and Jerry Hicks. It helps you reach for a feeling of relief — one small, true step at a time. You take a subject that's bothering you and gently build a wheel of 12 better-feeling thoughts until you're lined up with what you actually want. And that feels good. Deep Alignment LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Abraham-Hicks Publications. For the original teaching, go to the source: abraham-hicks.com. Your coach walks you through the process conversationally, or you can do it on your own in solo mode. Either way, you'll feel the shift as you go. The app includes an interactive Emotional Guidance Scale — a visual map of where you are emotionally and what processes can help you from there. The Focus Wheel process is one of 22 in Ask and It Is Given. Most of the others live in our companion app, Resurface. Your first coached wheel is on the house, then three more are free. $9.99 unlocks Focus Wheel forever. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
