CHOOSE WHAT WORKS FOR YOU • Use iPhone on its own, or add a paired Apple Watch for wrist guidance. • Set a daily reminder after your first completed iPhone session or from Settings. K-Core Plus lets you add multiple reminder times. • Connect Apple Health later from Settings; it is optional. • Use Private Mode to conceal workout details and spoken cues during a session. OPTIONAL K-CORE PLUS Plus provides purchase access to Phases 4–6 and lets you create and use My Routine within built-in limits. Monthly, yearly and lifetime purchase options are shown by Apple before purchase. Progression and recovery conditions still apply; purchasing Plus does not make every training load immediately available. Restore eligible purchases through the app. PRIVACY K-Core does not require an account or include ads or third-party tracking. Workout history and check-ins are stored on your device and are not synced through CloudKit. A paired Apple Watch can exchange app state with your iPhone.
