SharePlay starts from the system sharing interface and does not require Game Center sign-in. Free users receive 3 invitations in total across both connection methods, each with up to 3 minutes of shared active play. An invitation is used only when both people are ready and either starts touching; waiting or backgrounding does not use play time. Invited friends join free without using their own invitations.
