SALT Pilates Delray

At SALT Pilates Delray, we teach every group class and private session with our mission in mind: to Strengthen, Align, Lengthen, and Tone. We are a boutique studio designed to deliver a transformative fitness experience rooted in precision, strength, and mindful movement. We are passionate about creating an environment that feels both welcoming and motivating from the moment you walk in. At its core, SALT Pilates Delray focuses on reformer-based classes that challenge the entire body through controlled, low-impact movements. Each session is thoughtfully programmed to build deep core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance muscular endurance, all while maintaining a strong mind-body connection. The workouts are intentionally dynamic, offering a balance of intensity and flow that leaves clients feeling both energized and accomplished. What sets SALT Pilates Delray apart is its attention to detail—instruction is highly personalized, with certified teachers who guide, correct, and encourage every client, whether they are beginners or seasoned practitioners. The studio fosters a strong sense of community, where clients feel supported, inspired, and consistently pushed to reach their full potential. SALT Pilates Delray isn’t just a place to work out—it’s a lifestyle destination. It embodies a commitment to wellness, confidence, and consistency, helping clients sculpt not only their bodies but also a stronger, more empowered version of themselves. We can't wait to see you in the studio!
