Springbok Sync

Your paper roster belongs in the past. Springbok Sync turns your SAA pilot roster into a live, synced digital calendar — automatically. HOW IT WORKS Simply upload your monthly roster PDF and Springbok Sync does the rest. Our AI-powered engine reads every duty period, flight, standby, and off day, then converts it into clean, accurate calendar events. When a roster amendment email comes through, just upload the new pairing sheet — your calendar updates instantly with the changes. No manual re-entry, no missed changes, no cross-checking old vs new. SYNC TO ANY CALENDAR Link Springbok Sync to the calendar you already use. Whether it's Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or any other calendar app — your roster appears alongside your personal events. One place for everything. ALWAYS UP TO DATE When a roster amendment email comes through, simply upload the new pairing sheet and Springbok Sync takes care of the rest — your calendar updates instantly with the changes. Duty swaps, schedule shifts, and last-minute modifications are reflected in real time across every linked calendar and every connected family member. You'll never fly with outdated information on your phone again. FAMILY SHARING The question every pilot family knows: "When are you home?" With Springbok Sync, your partner, spouse, or family members can connect to your roster directly on their own phone. They get a read-only view of your schedule — updated live — so they always know when you're flying, on standby, or off duty. No screenshots. No forwarded PDFs. Just a shared, living schedule. BUILT FOR PILOTS Springbok Sync is designed by people who understand the pilot lifestyle. High-contrast displays for cockpit-friendly viewing.
