About Reply1 Sports

Stop chasing your team and get back to the dugout. Reply1 manages RSVPs, rosters, and payments through the one channel everyone actually checks: native SMS. No app required. And being a coach shouldn't mean being a manual data-entry clerk - Reply1 makes these tasks easier. The hardest part of any team app is getting everyone to actually use it. Reply1 removes that barrier entirely. Unlike legacy platforms that require every parent to download software and manage a new login, Reply1 operates through native SMS. When you send a schedule update or an RSVP request, your players receive a text and reply directly. The roster updates automatically on the backend, ensuring a 100% response rate without the noise of "app fatigue." High-Signal Team Management 1-Tap RSVPs: Players reply "In" or "Out" via text. Your roster updates in real-time. Integrated Payments: Bridge the gap between communication and commerce. Trigger payment prompts instantly when players commit to a game. No "Duct-Tape" Solutions: Consolidate the fragmented pieces of GroupMe, Excel, and Venmo into a single, professional workflow. Ad-Free Experience: A clean, high-utility interface designed for speed, not for selling your data. Built by Coaches, for Coaches Designed by a veteran fintech founder and amateur baseball manager, Reply1 is the professional standard for teams that need less friction and more time on the field. From MSBL doubleheaders to 12U travel tournaments, we handle the logistics so you can handle the game.

What’s new

Version 2.62 · Updated October 11, 2026

Leagues come to the phone, plus smarter notifications. • League section — if your team plays in a league or you help run one, open League from the menu for the league's home, games and scores, schedule, standings and stats • Send the final score — when both coaches' numbers match, the result is official • Run your league from your phone — settle scores, call rainouts, approve teams, message every team, review incident reports and place free agents • Free agents — coaches claim players from the league's pool • Stats — pitching and fielding tables, an "at least" filter and a post-season view, with playoff games tagged • Incident reports — attach photos and video as evidence • Notifications open the page they're about — a fee request opens its pay page, a league message opens your league • Notification check — the app tells you when notifications can't reach your phone, and coaches can nudge players whose notifications are off • Fixes for part payments, invitations for parents and guardians, and team privacy settings
