About LytteLab
Understanding Norwegian is one thing. Feeling confident in a real conversation is another. Even when you understand 80–90% of what someone says, missing just one or two important words can make it difficult to follow the meaning, respond naturally, or join the conversation with confidence. LytteLab helps Norwegian learners bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-life communication—through listening support, speaking practice, and practical vocabulary building. Lytte Get help when you miss something in a Norwegian conversation. Turn speech into text, identify difficult words, and tap any word for an instant explanation. Snakk Build speaking confidence through guided dialogue exercises for norskprøven, job interviews, work, and everyday situations. Listen, repeat, recall, and practice at your own pace. Paste your own Norwegian text and turn it into a personalized learning session with listening, speaking, recall, and vocabulary exercises. Practice a presentation, prepare for an interview, work through a school text, or learn content you actually need. MinOrdBok Save useful words as you learn and review them later in your personal vocabulary collection. Search in Norwegian or English and listen to pronunciation whenever you need it. Dagens ordpakke Discover 10 Norwegian words every day. Listen to their pronunciation, choose the words that matter to you, and save them directly to MinOrdBok. You can also enable an optional daily reminder. Designed for intermediate Norwegian learners (A2–B2) LytteLab helps you: • understand everyday Norwegian conversations • prepare for norskprøven and job interviews • practice workplace and presentation language • learn from your own Norwegian texts • build practical vocabulary every day • speak with greater confidence Understand better. Remember longer. Speak with confidence.

You can also enable a daily reminder at 15:00. • Improved: Snakk now lets you move at your own pace, gives you up to three attempts, and provides clearer support when you need it. • Improved: A new introduction explains Lytte, Snakk, and MinOrdBok, with clearer guidance if microphone or speech-recognition access is unavailable. • Fixed: More reliable recall exercises, dictionary lookups, custom-text drafts, and several UI details.
