Marine Inspect

Marine Inspect is the survey platform for yacht and small-craft surveyors, and the place for boat owners to find one. FOR SURVEYORS Capture everything in the field on your phone. Then review, edit, and generate a polished report from your desk. Minutes, not hours. - Works Offline The app stores everything locally as you survey. No signal at the marina is no problem. One tap syncs your photos, notes, and findings to the secure portal when you are back in range. Nothing is lost. - Intelligent field checklists Purpose-built templates for every vessel type and survey purpose. Sailboat, Powerboat, Narrowboat, and RIB. Pre-Purchase, Insurance, Damage, and Valuation. Every survey starts structured and professional. No manual setup. - Photo Capture with GPS and Timestamp Take photos inside the app. Every shot is tagged with your position and capture time. You build a precise record of every finding as you go. - Voice Dictation Add notes by voice when both hands are busy. On-device transcription turns speech into text. It works without an internet connection. - Instant Report Drafting One tap turns a completed checklist into a structured first draft. Scope, condition summary, itemised defects, recommendations, and sign-off. You review and edit every section. You are always the named author. - Defect Categorisation Classify findings as Category A, B, or C, following IIMS and YDSA survey practice. Clear on mobile, editable on the portal, printed in the report. - Survey Integrity Completed surveys and final reports carry a verification hash. Any insurer, solicitor, or buyer can confirm a report is genuine and unaltered. No login needed. Built for working surveyors who want more time on the water and less time at the keyboard.
