Detailing: Dilution Calculator

A 1:10 mix in a 1 L bottle: how much product, how much water? Enter the ratio and total volume to see both amounts. This car detailing calculator also keeps your saved products, container sizes, tool purposes and wash records together. DILUTION WITHOUT THE MENTAL MATH Use a product-to-water ratio or a concentration percentage. Get the amounts for your spray bottle, foam cannon bottle or wash bucket, with metric and imperial units. Enter the dilution recommended on your product label. YOUR PRODUCTS AND CONTAINERS Save car shampoo, snow foam, pre-wash and wheel cleaner with the ratios you use. Tap a saved product to bring its ratio into the calculator. Save container capacities and choose one to fill in the total volume. A COLOR GUIDE FOR YOUR TOWELS AND TOOLS Was the blue towel for glass or paint? Give each towel, brush or applicator a color, purpose and note. Filter by tool type to find your own assignments. Your color scheme stays yours. KNOW THE PRODUCT COST OF A MIX Add the product price and bottle volume to estimate the cost of the concentrate used in the current mix. This is a chemical cost estimate, rather than a total bill for a wash or detailing job. REMEMBER YOUR LAST WASH Keep a wash log with the date, weather, products used and your own notes. Look back at what you used before preparing the next wash. Light and dark themes. English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish and French, with a language selector in Settings. Your saved kit and wash records are stored on your device. Get the mix ready. Keep your kit in order. Remember what worked.
