About Sukoon Sounds
Sukoon (سكون) means stillness. Tanaffus (تنفس) means breath. This is one calm app for both. Mix your own soundscape from ten nature sounds, then breathe along with a guided rhythm — for focus, for rest, for sleep. No account, no ads, no tracking, and everything works offline. SOUNDS — MIX YOUR OWN CALM • Ten layers: rain, rain on a window, waves, a forest stream, thunder, campfire, birds, doves, crickets, and a synthesised brown noise • Set the volume and the stereo balance of every layer independently • Five curated scenes — Rainy Night, Ocean Dawn, Campfire, Cozy Window, Forest Stream — or tap Surprise Me for a random mix • Save three of your own mixes and bring them back in a tap • Drift mode moves each layer very slowly over time, so long sessions breathe instead of sitting still • A sleep timer that fades out gradually while a filter softens the room towards sleep • Keeps playing with the screen locked, with full lock screen, Control Centre and AirPods controls BREATHE — GUIDED RHYTHMS • Six patterns: Box, 4-7-8, Coherent, Physiological Sigh, Triangle and Energize — plus a custom rhythm you build yourself • Sukoon suggests the pattern that suits the time of day • A glowing bloom to follow, with optional voice cues and haptic guidance you can feel • Breathe with sound: pair any scene with your session, and the cues duck the soundscape so they stay clear • A one-tap check-in afterwards — same, softer, or calm JOURNEY — QUIETLY KEPT • A daily streak, sessions, mindful minutes and total breaths • A weekly chart of breathing against listening • "You feel calmest after…" once enough sessions carry a mood • Five gentle themes, a daily reminder that never nags once you have practised, and optional Apple Health logging as Mindful Minutes WIDGETS, SIRI AND THE LOCK SCREEN • Home screen and lock screen widgets for your streak, a calm quote, quick-play scenes, and a Breath Break you can tap through without opening the app • Siri and Shortcuts: play a scene, stop sounds, start a sleep timer • Live Activities follow a breathing session or a sleep timer from the lock screen and Dynamic Island ENGLISH AND ARABIC Full Arabic translation with correct right-to-left layout throughout. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No accounts. No analytics. No third-party services. Your mixes, your streak and your history never leave your device. Apple Health logging is opt-in and write-only — Sukoon never reads anything from Health. Sukoon is made for general relaxation. It is not a medical device and not medical advice. Please stop if you feel dizzy. Made with care by the CS42 studio.
