ShiftSplit

ShiftSplit is the shift tracker built for people who work hard across one or more jobs — and want to know exactly where their time (and money) goes. Whether you're juggling two part-time jobs, tracking overtime for payroll, or simply want a clear picture of your week, ShiftSplit makes it effortless. TRACK YOUR SHIFTS Log any shift in seconds. Pick the job, set your start and end time, add a break, and you're done. ShiftSplit calculates your net hours and estimated pay instantly. MULTI-JOB SUPPORT Create as many jobs as you need — each with its own colour, hourly rate, and overtime threshold. ShiftSplit keeps everything separate and clearly labelled so you always know where your hours are going. WEEKLY & MONTHLY VIEWS See a day-by-day breakdown of your week, or zoom out to your full month. The monthly summary shows total hours, weekly overtime calculated correctly per job, average shift length, and a per-job breakdown — all exportable as a clean PDF. OVERTIME ALERTS ShiftSplit tracks your weekly hours against each job's overtime threshold (fully configurable — 40h for North America, 44h, 48h, or whatever applies to you). You'll see an instant alert the moment you cross the line. HISTORY & SEARCH Every shift you've ever worked is stored and searchable. Filter by job, search by notes, and browse by week. Tap any shift to edit it, or swipe to delete. REMINDERS THAT WORK FOR YOU Set a daily reminder to log your shift at whatever time suits you — end of your workday, before bed, whenever. No nagging, no subscriptions. iCLOUD SYNC Your shifts sync automatically across all your Apple devices via iCloud. Log in on your iPhone, review on your iPad. EXPORT TO PDF Generate a clean, professional monthly summary PDF — perfect for payroll queries, tax records, or just your own peace of mind. ShiftSplit is completely free with no ads and no paywalls.
