Suppa: Meal Planner & Recipes

Suppa is a meal planner for the recipes you already save. Share a TikTok, paste a link, or snap a cookbook page, then put the recipe on a night this week. Suppa adds its ingredients to your grocery list, grouped by aisle, and walks you through cooking it when that night comes. It works for one cook or a whole household, so whoever is at the store sees the same list as whoever is at the stove. SAVE RECIPES FROM ANYWHERE • Import from recipe websites, or from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube posts that include a recipe or link to one • Scan a cookbook page or a recipe card • Import a recipe PDF, or share a link or PDF to Suppa from another app • Sort recipes into your own cookbooks, then tag, rate, and search them PLAN THE WEEK • Put dinners on the nights you'll cook them, and move them when the week changes • Get suggestions that account for allergies and dislikes, and skip what you cooked recently • Scale servings up for guests or down for two SHOP THE LIST • Ingredients from every planned meal go on your grocery list, grouped by aisle • Staples you always keep, like salt and olive oil, move to their own section so you don't buy them again • Send the unchecked items to Instacart and shop from there • With Suppa Plus or higher, connect a Kroger-family store account, approve the products Suppa picks, and add them to your Kroger cart. You check out with Kroger. Suppa Plus adds Ask Suppa, more video and photo imports, and Kroger cart shopping. Premium adds higher AI and import limits.
