Escape from Hades IRL

Escape from Hades IRL is a habit tracker, notes app, and chore list built around one idea: fewer taps, so you can get back to your life. Your bad habits are the underworld. Every day you show up is a step out. HABITS IN ONE TAP Each habit is a tile. Tap it to log today. Track yes or no habits, or count things like pages read or glasses of water, with optional bronze, silver, and gold goals. See your week at a glance, and a monthly heatmap that shows how each day went when you tap it. STEPS AND MEDITATION Pull your daily steps straight from Apple Health or Health Connect, no typing. Run a meditation timer that logs itself when it finishes. QUESTS Long-term challenges for walking, meditating, writing, reading, exercise, or anything you make up. Each quest is tied to a habit and shows where you stand over the last 30 days and the last 18 months, so one bad week doesn't erase a good year. NOTES THAT KEEP UP Open straight to a fresh note and start typing. Tag notes, pin them, turn lines into checklists, and undo or redo as you write. Word suggestions learn your own vocabulary. Export your notes in one go to paste into an AI tool or keep as a backup. CHORES See how long it's been since you last cleaned the fridge or changed the sheets, and which chores are late or coming due. Add one-time tasks with a due date and check them off. WISDOM ALONG THE WAY Stay with it and you'll earn a quote from Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, Seneca, and others, one for every ten days you show up. DARK BY DEFAULT It's hell. It's dark. A light mode is there if you want it. YOUR DATA Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. Your habits and notes sync across your devices. Delete your account and every bit of your data from inside the app, any time.
