Equine VIP: Vet in Your Pocket

As a practicing large‑animal veterinarian and lifelong Quarter Horse owners, my husband Dr. Robert Holt and I (Jessica) built Equine VIP — Vet In Your Pocket — to give horse owners calm, trustworthy guidance without overwhelm. We’ve raised our own horses and mules, I’ve competed in multiple disciplines, and we love trail‑riding across Montana. We know what real‑world horse care looks like. We built this exactly the way we would use it in our veterinary business and in our personal lives — for record‑keeping, nutrition, and everyday decision‑making. Upload your hay test or supplement label to receive a veterinarian‑guided nutrition analysis that highlights sugars, starches, proteins, minerals, overlaps, gaps, and personalized recommendations. Create detailed horse profiles and store everything in one place: medical records, Coggins, travel papers, breeding cycles, foaling care, farrier schedule, and yearly health-and much more! Use our education centre and guided questionnaires to troubleshoot common barn problems with confidence. It’s truly like having my husband — an amazing equine veterinarian — right in your pocket! I (Jessica) made this for you because we hear the same concerns every day in our clinic. I wanted to build a tool that brings clarity, confidence, and support for both you and your veterinarian. Enjoy learning about your horse’s nutrition, understanding overlaps and gaps, and keeping all your records organized in seconds and our education section on horse care and emergencies!
