Choose your role and your agency's EHR, and save your agency's sign-in address once. • Lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode (optional). • Try it right away with a practice form and a sample patient. Nothing real is touched. VISITS Your next patient is on top, with one button to open your agency's EHR. Every patient in the list opens their own chart, and the fill bar always shows the name and date of birth of the patient you are filling for. REVIEW BEFORE IT GOES IN • See every field before anything is filled, including what is already on the page and what would replace it. • Assessment findings and signatures are never filled by the app. They are always yours to document. • Undo the whole fill with one tap. • After a fill, see which fields are still empty and jump straight to them. WORKS WITH YOUR AGENCY'S EHR Choose KanTime, Homecare Homebase, Axxess, WellSky, Netsmart myUnity, MatrixCare, Alora Health or HospiceMD. KanTime is filled field by field; the others, and other web forms, use Smart Fill, which matches the fields on the page to your patient's details. You sign in to your EHR as usual, and your EHR password stays with iOS Passwords. PATIENT FACE SHEET Code status, address, diagnosis, caregiver, allergies and medications in one place, with notes, contacts and an optional photo for each patient. LIBRARY Scan a paper form with your camera, import a PDF or photo, or dictate a note. Text is read on your device and voice notes are transcribed on your device. Templates and documents live here too. The app asks Apple to confirm your copy is genuine, and our license server signs the key. Only Apple's confirmation is sent. It contains no name, email or patient information.
