Kakou Photo Frame

Frame your photos, on screen and on your wall. Kakou is a photo framing app from Japan, with washi textures and traditional colors. Pick a color and a ratio, tap Export, and a photo is ready to post in as few as three taps. Look back at the photos you took, and size a real frame before you order. ◆ See it large, and look back Touch and hold a photo to see it large, right in the list. Flip it for the camera, lens and capture data. Filter by camera or lens. ◆ Adjust with the preview Change the color or the ratio and the preview follows. Videos work the same way: trim, mute, and save a framed MP4 of any length. Try three video exports; more need Kazari, a one-time purchase. ◆ Border color and style Eleven traditional colors, from sumi ink to ai indigo. Kazari adds a custom color picker and rounded corners. It also adds five more styles: double, film rebate, washi edge, mat V-cut and glass (photos only). ◆ Ratio 1:1, 3:4, 4:5, 3:2, 16:9 and 1.91:1, flipped too, and Original, your photo's ratio. ◆ Title and shooting record Put the title above, below, split, or in Bottom Wide. Sign with your name from Settings. Kazari adds the camera, lens and film you used, from EXIF, typed in, or from your gear library. Kazari also lets you adjust text size, weight and letter spacing, use Sides, and add a caption plate (photos only). ◆ Sizes before you order In Frame and Print Sizes, pick the frame's inner size and a print size. The window, mats and outer size come out as approximate numbers. Wood or metal frames, and dry mounting too. Share as text or a dimensioned image. Any still except Kakou exports and wall photos. ◆ See on Your Wall See a photo framed in Kakou, or a frame from Frame and Print Sizes, on your wall through the camera. Swap wood and metal, colors and edge widths, and take a photo to keep. It needs a Kazari trial or purchase, and an iPhone with a LiDAR Scanner (12 Pro and later Pro models). Other iPhones don't show it.
