Verbatim: AI Note Taker

Private AI voice-to-text, transcription, and dictation — right on your iPhone. Record meetings, lectures, interviews, conversations, and voice notes, or speak directly into supported apps and text fields using the Verbatim Voice Keyboard. Verbatim turns your audio into searchable text and useful notes while keeping transcription and AI processing on your device. PRIVATE, ON-DEVICE PROCESSING Your recordings do not need to be sent to a cloud transcription service. Verbatim uses AI models on your iPhone for transcription, summaries, search, and text processing. Once the required models are installed, supported processing works offline. RECORD AND TRANSCRIBE • Record conversations and voice notes • Import supported audio and video files • Create searchable transcripts on your device • Detect supported spoken languages • Translate supported speech into English • Review the original audio alongside its transcript DICTATE IN YOUR APPS Enable the Verbatim Voice Keyboard to dictate in supported apps and text fields. Tap the microphone, speak, and Verbatim inserts the completed text where you were typing. SUMMARIZE AND FIND WHAT MATTERS • Generate concise summaries and key points • Search across saved transcripts and summaries • Ask questions about your recordings • Copy, export, and share your results NO MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION Try every feature during the free trial. Unlock Verbatim Pro once to keep unlimited access — no recurring subscription. Custom keyboards are unavailable in secure fields, phone-pad fields, and apps that disable third-party keyboards. AI-generated transcripts and summaries may contain errors; review important information before relying on it.
