What’s new
Version 1.0.5 · Updated June 9, 2026
Describe it. Find it. New: search your photos by describing them. Can't remember when a photo was taken or who's in it? Now you don't have to. Just describe what you're picturing - "people on a beach at sunset," "a red dress," "birthday cake," "my dog playing in the park" - and Groupify finds the matching photos in your library instantly. This is our most powerful way to search yet. Until now you could find photos by face or by the text inside them. With the new Describe mode, you can search by what a photo actually shows: the place, the moment, the colors, the objects, the action. No tags, no albums, no endless scrolling. WHAT'S NEW - Describe mode: type a description and find matching photos in seconds - Tap-to-try examples to get started fast - Works alongside Face search and Text search, so you can pick the mode that fits - Smarter, faster on-device matching PRIVATE BY DESIGN Just like face and text search, everything happens on your device. Your photos and your searches never leave your iPhone and are never uploaded to a server. Powerful search, total privacy. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Groupify and choose "Describe" 2. Type what you remember, keep it simple and natural 3. Browse your matches, then share or save them to a group Thanks for using Groupify! We read every review and would love to hear what you'd like to describe and find next.
