Polish is a client book for nail techs: each client's nail preferences, allergies and visit history with photos, in one place before they sit down. CLIENT PROFILES - Contact details, Instagram handle, birthday and a photo - Nail preferences: shape (almond, coffin, stiletto, squoval and more), length, usual service, system, base and top coat, favorite colors and brands - Health and safety notes: allergies and sensitivities, nail conditions, skin sensitivity and medical notes - How often they come in, preferred days and times, how they like to be contacted, and personal notes - A default price, pricing notes and a status: new, active, VIP or inactive - Search by name, phone or service, and sort by recent, A to Z or VIP ALLERGY ALERTS When a client has an allergy on file, a red alert shows on their profile, a warning icon marks them in your client list and the visit form flags it, so a HEMA or acrylic sensitivity is in front of you before you start. VISIT LOG WITH PHOTOS - Log the service (gel manicure, hard gel, soft gel extensions, acrylic full set or fill, dip powder, press-ons, pedicure and more), shape, length, the colors and products used and a design description - Service price, add-ons, tip and payment method - Photos of the set and notes for next time - Shape, length, service and default price fill in from the client's profile PORTFOLIO AND INSPIRATION - Every visit photo lands in your portfolio; filter it by style (French, chrome, ombre, marble, floral and more) using the words in your design descriptions - Save design ideas from your photo library, screenshots from Instagram or Pinterest included: tag the style, set the difficulty, note the products needed and mark each idea as practiced or used on a client REMINDERS AND HOME - Turn on client reminders and Polish schedules a notification for each client 21 days after their last visit, and one on their birthday - Home shows this week's earnings and visits, your latest visits and birthdays in the next 7 days; the bell lists clients who are due for a visit POLISH PRO - Unlimited clients (free: 15), photos per visit (free: 3), visit history (free: each client's last 3 months) and inspiration ideas (free: 20) - Income dashboard: this month's revenue and tips, clients, visits and average per client, a breakdown by service, your top 5 clients this year and a 6-month revenue chart - Product inventory for your supplies, from BIAB base coat to Apres Gel-X tips: brand, category, size, cost, supplier and a stock level you set (full, half, low, reorder, out); anything low, to reorder or out shows in a reorder banner - AI Nail Advisor: ask about techniques, lifting gel, products or pricing and get a written answer from an AI model, up to 30 questions a day (internet connection required).
