Your privacy is our priority – Care Elevate is fully HIPAA compliant, using secure technology to protect your personal health information. The app is provided at no extra cost to eligible members as part of your plan benefits. Getting started is easy: just sign up with the access code provided by your health plan and have your member ID (from your insurance card) handy. Who can use this app: Care Elevate is available by invitation only.
