IDLC Uptick is the digital trading and investment platform of IDLC Securities Ltd., designed to help customers register, open and manage BO accounts, access brokerage services, monitor investments, and manage account-related services from their mobile devices. Registration & Account Access • Existing Customers: Enter your mobile number, verify it with OTP, set your password, and log in to access your account and available services. • New Customers: Enter your mobile number and verify it with OTP. If you are not an existing IDLC customer, complete digital eKYC before setting your password and accessing the app. Digital eKYC New customers can complete identity verification digitally through the app: • NID Capture & Verification – Upload or capture your National ID (NID) and verify the information against Election Commission records. • Face Liveness Detection – Complete a liveness check to confirm that the person performing the verification is physically present. • Live Image & Face Verification – Capture a live facial image and verify it against the available Election Commission image. • Personal Information – Complete the required information after successful identity verification. After completing eKYC, eligible customers can proceed to the BO account opening process. Digital BO Account Opening Complete the BO (Beneficiary Owner) account opening process through a guided digital journey: • Securities Product – Choose a new BO or linked BO product. • Personal Information – Provide required information, including gender, permanent address, signature, address proof, and joint or non-joint operation mode where applicable. • Bank Account – Provide bank information and supporting documents such as a cheque or bank statement. • Nominee – Add up to three nominees. • Review & OTP – Review the application and complete OTP verification to submit. • Virtual Deposit Account – After submission, access the deposit page with applicable virtual deposit account information automatically populated. BO applications are processed through CDBL. The BO account typically becomes available within one business day, after which applicable securities trading activities can begin.
