zpunk

ZPUNK (zed punk) is a pocket music workstation built to turn quick ideas into beats, loops and complete tracks. Inspired by classic hardware grooveboxes, ZPUNK combines hands-on sequencing, sample chopping, sound design and song arrangement in a touch-friendly portrait interface. MAKE BEATS Program rhythms with a drum step sequencer featuring multiple drum voices, pattern editing and velocity controls. CREATE MELODIES Build basslines, synth leads and pads with editable piano rolls. Shape your music with note lengths, pitch controls and instrument presets. CHOP SAMPLES Import audio, create slices and sequence your own chops. Experiment with samples and combine them with original rhythms and melodies. GENERATE IDEAS Explore patterns and chord progressions for boom bap, house, techno and breaks. Experiment with different styles, keys and variations to spark new ideas. ARRANGE COMPLETE SONGS Go beyond individual patterns with a multitrack arrangement timeline. Build songs across five tracks: - Drums - Bass - Synth - Pads - Chops SOUND DESIGN AND MIXING Adjust instrument sounds, shape your mix and develop your own sonic character using built-in controls. EXPORT YOUR MUSIC Export your creations as WAV audio or MIDI files for further production and editing.
