About Tickview: SEC Filings & Alerts

Sourced alerts and a daily picture of your watchlist and the economy. Tickview watches SEC filings, insider purchases, prices and the bond market, and shows every number with its source and its date. TODAY • One screen for what changed: the morning brief, what your alerts caught and the Recession Watch reading. • What’s scheduled in the next 14 days: earnings dates, CPI, the jobs report, GDP and central-bank decisions, each with where the date came from. • Widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen, and “Ask Tickview” in Siri and Shortcuts. ALERTS FROM THE SOURCE • New SEC filings for the companies you follow: 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and offering documents, each linked to the filing. • Insider purchases reported on SEC Form 4, with shares and price. • Price alerts in your own currency. • Changes in recession indicators. Price alerts are in the basic app; the others are part of Tickview Pro. Alerts are checked in the background when iOS allows, so they can arrive late. They are information, not prompts to trade. YOUR WATCHLIST AND HOLDINGS • Follow up to five stocks, funds, cryptocurrencies or commodities in the basic app. • Enter your shares and what you paid to see each position’s value. Tickview Pro adds totals, day change and gain or loss in your own currency. • London, Tokyo and US shares sit side by side, each converted from its own currency. • Holdings figures are estimates, not an account statement or tax figures. RECESSION WATCH AND THE BOND MARKET • The model probability of a US recession within 12 months, from the New York Fed’s published yield-curve model, calculated by Tickview from Treasury data and shown with how often it has been right. • Yield curve, re-steepening and Sahm rule indicators, each with its formula, data date and track record, false alarms included. These are model estimates and historical patterns, not predictions. ASK IN PLAIN ENGLISH • Ask things like “Apple revenue last 15 years”, “NVDA RSI” or “USD to GBP”, then follow up with “and its debt?”. • Company financials come from SEC EDGAR; each year links to its filing. • Loaded answers open offline, with the time they were fetched. • When an AI summary appears, its numbers are checked against the source first. • Share a card with a figure, its source and its date. It never carries your holdings or notes. TICKVIEW PRO Unlimited watchlist, holdings totals and gain or loss, an exposure map, comparisons, the daily brief, event prep, theses and a decision journal, a widget for tickers you choose, plus the alerts above. New users can try Pro for 7 days inside the app with no payment details. After that, Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase or a monthly subscription. DATA AND KEYS Prices, company data and news come from Yahoo Finance and SEC EDGAR; yields, jobs and price data and release dates from the U.S. Treasury, the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Bureau of Economic Analysis. No account or key is needed; FRED and Finnhub keys are optional. Tickview is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these sources. ON-DEVICE AI, PRIVATE BY DESIGN On supported devices with iOS 26 or later, Tickview understands your questions with AI that runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad. Your questions, watchlist, holdings and journal stay on your device; data sources only receive what they need, such as a ticker symbol. No account, no ads, no tracking. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS The monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel it in Apple Account settings. The lifetime purchase is a single payment. Tickview shows financial information, not investment advice. It does not know your circumstances and nothing in it is a recommendation. Check the linked source before relying on a number. What’s new

Version 2.3.0 · Updated October 10, 2026

Tickview 2.3: a fresh coat of paint and a small tune-up. • New app icon: a chart line with a few glowing dots, because a finance app should look like it has at least met a chart. Miss the old seal ring? It's still in Settings › App Icon, sulking quietly. • A small tune-up behind the scenes. If we did it right, you won't notice anything except that everything still works. We checked. Twice.
